Teacher Active is partnering with a welcoming Primary School in Birmingham to recruit a senior SENCO for a full-time, school-based role.
You will lead SEND provision, work with SLT, staff, and families, and drive inclusive practices across EYFS to KS2.
The successful candidate will manage EHCPs, annual reviews and the SEND provision, ensuring statutory compliance and pupil progress while building strong partnerships with outside professionals.
