- Ensure Talent Acquisition activity supports the attraction and retention of high-performing employees.
- Ensure L&D activity delivers meaningful value to the business.
- Build strong relationships with the CEO, Board, senior leaders, managers and employees.
About you:
You will be an experienced senior People leader with strong operational HR experience and a good understanding of Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition. Experience required:

- Experience leading or working closely across HR, L&D and Talent Acquisition.
- Strong commercial awareness and business focus.
- Experience developing high-performing teams.
- Strong employee relations knowledge and pragmatic employment law judgement.
- Confidence using people data, systems and reporting to improve performance.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong planning, organisation and attention to detail.
