The school promotes a nurturing and inclusive ethos, placing a strong focus on supporting pupils both academically and emotionally to help them reach their full potential.
The school is looking to take on a compassionate and proactive Pastoral Lead on a full‑time basis from September. The successful Pastoral Lead will work closely with pupils, families, and staff to support attendance, behaviour, safeguarding, and emotional wellbeing across the Primary School, helping to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

- Experience working within a Primary School or educational setting.
