Position: Lunchtime Supervisor (Part‑time, temporary)

Location: West Midlands—Selly Oak, UK.

Pay: £14.24 - £16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Support students during the transition from classroom learning into lunchtime activities.
  • Supervise outdoor play and students during mealtimes.
  • Provide personal care where required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as a Lunchtime Supervisor.
  • Experience supporting children with Autism / ASD or additional needs.
  • A calm, patient and nurturing attitude.
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
  • Ability to support students during transitions and social activities.
  • Willingness to support with personal care where required.
