TeacherActive is working with a welcoming primary SEND school in Stechford, Birmingham, to recruit a Level 2 SEND LSA. The role is full-time and long-term, starting in September, supporting pupils with PMLD, SLD, communication difficulties and sensory impairments.
The successful candidate will hold Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, have experience with SEND in school settings, knowledge of EHCPs, and demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, patience and a proactive approach.
