TeacherActive is seeking an Internal Inclusions Manager for a long-term period in Birmingham starting September. You will oversee the Internal Inclusion provision, supporting students with behavioural, emotional and learning needs, and deliver personalised interventions for reintegration after exclusions.
You will collaborate with staff, parents and the pastoral team to ensure consistent support and maintain accurate behaviour records, helping to promote high expectations and positive behaviour.
