TeacherActive is proud to be working with an Outstanding boys Grammar School based in Birmingham, who are looking to appoint a History Teacher. The school is renowned for its academic excellence, supportive leadership team and commitment to providing students with a broad and engaging curriculum.
The school is looking to take on a dedicated History Teacher from September 1st on a long-term supply basis, with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right History Teacher. Full teaching responsibilities will be expected, including planning, marking, assessment and maintaining high standards of classroom practice.
Qualifications- QTS with a History specialism
- Experience teaching History across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
- Experience teaching History at Key Stage 5 (KS5)
- Ability to confidently deliver English lessons when required
- A positive attitude and commitment to raising student attainment
