Are you a passionate Girls PE Teacher with the ability to inspire and motivate students across KS3 and KS4? Do you have strong classroom and behaviour management skills? Are you looking for a full-time long-term role within a supportive Secondary School environment?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Secondary School based in South Birmingham, who are looking to appoint a Girls PE Teacher. This school creates a positive and inclusive learning environment where students are encouraged to achieve their full potential both academically and personally, with a strong emphasis on student wellbeing and participation.

The school is looking to take on a driven Girls PE Teacher on a full-time long-term supply basis from June. The successful Girls PE Teacher will be responsible for full teaching responsibilities across KS3 and KS4, including planning and preparation, marking, assessment and delivering engaging PE lessons that promote confidence, teamwork and participation.

The successful Girls PE Teacher will have:

  • QTS with a PE specialism (ECTs are also encouraged to apply)
  • Experience teaching PE across KS3 and KS4
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management
  • A passion for promoting physical education and healthy lifestyles
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching
