Job Overview

As a full-time Girls PE Teacher on a long‑term supply basis, you will deliver engaging Physical Education lessons for KS3 and KS4 learners across South Birmingham, promoting confidence, teamwork and participation. You will be responsible for planning, preparation, marking, assessment and ensuring a positive inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • The role includes full teaching responsibilities across KS3 and KS4, including planning and preparation, marking, assessment and delivering engaging PE lessons that promote confidence, teamwork and participation.

Qualifications

  • QTS with a PE specialism (ECTs are also encouraged to apply)
  • Experience teaching PE across KS3 and KS4
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management
  • A passion for promoting physical education and healthy lifestyles
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching
