Are you an experienced School Administrator looking to make a meaningful contribution for the summer term at a wonderful Solihull based Primary School? The school is flexible on full time hours 8.30am-3.30pm or part time 8.30am-12pm, term time for summer term.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support across the school office.
- Maintain and manage data using school operating systems such as SIMS and ORACLE.
- Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies and assist with safeguarding‑related documentation.
- Support the smooth operation of a busy school office, including handling inquiries, scheduling, and record management.
- Experience: Previous experience as a School Administrator, with substantial knowledge of safeguarding practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with SIMS and ORACLE operating systems is preferred. Alternatively, a strong ability to quickly learn new systems with training.
- Efficiency: Capable of working effectively in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Background Checks: An Enhanced DBS Check is required. Candidates should either possess a current Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one.
- References: Able to provide two recent references from previous employers.
