The school is looking to take on a full-time English Teacher on a long‑term basis, with the potential to lead to a permanent position for the right English Teacher. The successful English Teacher will be working with Key Stage 3 students, delivering engaging English lessons while supporting pupils with SEMH needs and autism, managing behaviour effectively and promoting a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

  • QTS with an English specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)
  • Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 / KS3
  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs and autism
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
  • A patient, resilient and adaptable approach
