Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef Lecturer to join our dynamic hospitality and catering team. The ideal candidate will bring real-world culinary expertise into the classroom, inspiring the next generation of chefs with engaging and practical teaching. This role would be a temporary contract with a high possibility of a permanent position if suitable.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across a range of culinary courses.
- Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessment materials.
- Support students in developing their practical and theoretical knowledge.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to curriculum development and course planning.
A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Professional Cookery or equivalent.
Proven teaching or training experience, ideally within a further education or vocational training setting.
A passion for culinary arts and education.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training) is desirable, or a willingness to work towards one.
