The school is looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant on a permanent, term-time-only contract for an immediate start, working Monday to Friday for 32.5 hours per week. The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant will work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences, support pupils' individual needs and contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture.
The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant will have:
- Relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent
- Experience supporting learning, ideally with children aged 4-11
- Confidence delivering planned learning activities and adapting resources creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, flexible and collaborative approach
- A commitment to inclusive practice and supporting every pupil to achieve their potential
