The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging Computing lessons that inspire curiosity, creativity, and a passion for technology amongst students.
The Role:
- Planning and delivering high-quality Computing lessons across the relevant key stages.
- Inspiring students to develop their understanding of computer science, programming, and digital technologies.
- Creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress to ensure excellent outcomes.
- Contributing to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and enrichment opportunities.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an outstanding educational experience.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A minimum of two years' experience teaching Computing within a UK school setting.
- Strong subject knowledge across Computing and Computer Science.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.
- A passion for technology and innovation in education.
Please Note: Unfortunately, this role is not suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs). Applicants must have previous UK teaching experience and a proven track record of delivering excellent outcomes in Computing.
