Teacher Active is working with a specialist school in Bradford to recruit a Behaviour Support Worker for long-term or day-to-day roles starting in September.

You will provide 1:1 and classroom support, help pupils regulate behaviour and engage with learning, while confidently carrying out personal care and manual handling where required.

The role requires experience with SEMH or additional needs, strong communication and teamwork, and a calm, patient approach.
