We are looking to appoint a dedicated SEND HLTA on a day-to-day basis, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. The successful SEND HLTA will be supporting students with PMLD, delivering tailored interventions and providing classroom support to ensure every child receives the highest standard of care and education.
Qualifications
- HLTA qualification or relevant experience supporting children within education
- Experience working with children and young people with PMLD
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A caring, patient, and adaptable approach
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
