TeacherActive is seeking a confident and experienced Cover Supervisor to work in a specialist education setting on the Wirral. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience leading lessons and maintaining high standards of behaviour and engagement in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
- Maintain a calm, safe, and productive learning environment
- Apply strong behaviour management strategies consistently
- Support pupils to engage with learning and complete set work
- Communicate effectively with staff regarding pupil progress and behaviour
- Experience leading lessons in a school or similar setting
