With state-of-the-art facilities including a warm water hydrotherapy pool, sports hall, sensory room and fully accessible classrooms equipped with the latest teaching technology, the school offers a nurturing environment where students are supported to thrive both academically and personally.

The school is looking to appoint a full-time permanent SEND Teacher from September. The successful SEND Teacher will work within a collaborative team of teachers and support staff, delivering a personalised curriculum, leading an area of the curriculum and supporting students through a wide range of enrichment opportunities and interventions to achieve positive outcomes.

The successful SEND Teacher will have:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Experience teaching within a primary or SEND setting
  • Strong understanding of SEND and personalised learning approaches
  • Experience planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • A positive, resilient and child-centred approach to teaching
