This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and resilient teacher who is passionate about supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The successful candidate will be working with secondary-aged pupils who may have a range of additional needs and barriers to learning. You will play an important role in providing a structured, supportive and engaging learning environment that enables pupils to develop academically, socially and emotionally. The Role As a Secondary SEMH Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that are adapted to meet the individual needs and abilities of your pupils. You will be expected to build positive and trusting relationships with students, maintain clear boundaries and use effective behaviour-management strategies to create a safe and productive classroom environment. You will work closely with teaching assistants, SEND professionals and the wider school team to ensure that each pupil receives the appropriate level of support.
