The Primary School believes strongly in the importance of students thinking for themselves, with a focus on problem solving, decision making and becoming independent learners. The Primary School is looking to take on a highly experienced Learning Support Assistant who is ready for a challenge. The successful applicant will be working with children that have emotional, learning and behavioural difficulties in the learning support class. This will potentially be in either group or a 1:1 setting. This role will be focused on supporting pupils in developing their learning and confidence daily on a temporary basis and will be a great opportunity to build your skillset and self-confidence.
Responsibilities- Support pupils in developing their learning and confidence daily in a learning support class (potentially group or 1:1).
- Work one-to-one with pupils with Additional Learning Needs / ALN.
- Experience working one to one with pupils with ALN.
- TEAM TEACH qualification is a preference but not required.
- A dedicated team of consultants available around the clock to help you with the onboarding process.
