Salary: £85.50 – £93 per day

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Early Years Teaching Assistant to join the school on a full-time, long-term basis from January.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the class teacher with daily activities and classroom routines
- Encouraging learning through play, exploration and creative activities
- Providing additional support to pupils with ALN where required
- Helping children develop their communication, social and emotional skills
- Creating a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
- Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience working with children in an Early Years or Primary School setting
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to supporting young learners
- Confidence supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
- An understanding of play-based learning and early childhood development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to use initiative and adapt to the needs of individual pupils
- A genuine passion for helping children develop confidence, independence and social skills
