Teacher Active is seeking a patient Learning Support Assistant for a mainstream primary school in Kidderminster with an Autism Resource Base.

The role is temporary, day-to-day, starting September 2026, supporting children with Autism/ASD, ADHD and MLD.

You will work within the Autism Resource Base to adapt activities, support learning and behaviour, and help pupils develop confidence and independence.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with a warm, nurturing approach.
