The school is looking to appoint an Attendance and Pastoral Officer on a long‑term basis with the potential to become permanent. The successful Attendance and Pastoral Officer will work across Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5, supporting student attendance, monitoring wellbeing, and working closely with families and staff to improve engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a school or educational setting
  • Knowledge of attendance procedures and safeguarding practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
