Attendance and Pastoral Officer — Northumberland
Start Date: May 2026 | Salary: £110 - £125 per day

Responsibilities
- Support student attendance and pastoral care across Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5
- Monitor wellbeing and engagement of students
- Build positive relationships with students, parents and staff
- Work closely with families and staff to improve engagement and outcomes
- Maintain an organised and proactive approach to pastoral support
Qualifications
- Experience working in a school or educational setting
- Knowledge of attendance procedures and safeguarding practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and families
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- A proactive and supportive approach to pastoral care
