The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

TeacherActive is proud to be working in partnership with a wonderful Alternate Provision in Nottingham City Centre, delivering high-quality 1:1 tuition to young people currently outside of mainstream education. These learners often require specialist support from a tutor due to EHCPs or exclusion, and we are committed to helping them thrive.

We are currently recruiting experienced tutor(s) and qualified teachers with a passion for supporting young learners, particularly those with SEND & SEMH needs.

What We Are Looking For from a Tutor:

  • Experienced in GCSE and Functional Skills (Maths, English, Science)
  • Experience working with Key Stage 3 & Key Stage 4
  • Confident supporting learners with GCSE preparation
  • Background in working with SEND/ Special Educational Needs and Disabilities & SEMH/ Social Emotional Mental Health Needs
  • Qualified Teachers/ QTS or experienced private tutors

Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced Child and Adult DBS disclosure and provide at least 2 references.
