Are you an experienced Mathematics Teacher based in Salisbury or South Wiltshire? Would you like the flexibility of supply teaching while still working regularly in good local secondary schools? TeacherActive is expanding its busy secondary supply team across South Wiltshire and is looking for strong, dependable Mathematics Teachers who can support schools throughout Salisbury, Amesbury, Durrington, Tidworth, Wilton, Downton, the Stonehenge area and surrounding communities.
This is not recruitment for one single vacancy. We are building a reliable local team of experienced teachers who want regular day-to-day supply, short-term cover and, where suitable, longer-term assignments. Whether you want to work five days a week or simply add one or two flexible days around other commitments, we want to hear from you.
Demand across the area is growing and we are particularly interested in teachers who are confident walking into a new school, establishing themselves quickly and delivering purposeful Mathematics lessons from KS3 to KS4.
The successful candidate will have:
- QTS with a Mathematics specialism
- Recent secondary teaching experience, ideally to KS4
- Strong classroom and behaviour management
- The confidence and adaptability required for supply teaching
- Reliable transport or the ability to travel to schools across your chosen South Wiltshire area
