We are looking to take on an experienced ALN Teaching Assistant. The successful ALN Teaching Assistant will have the opportunity to work in an inclusive Further Education setting in Merthyr Tydfil, with staff who are committed to ensuring the progression and success of their students, and in a learning environment that promotes high-quality learning, honestly, and mutual respect. As an ALN Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the Teacher to ensure high standards of teaching, supporting students 1-2-1 with general school tasks, and helping the students develop and improve the skills and talents they need to achieve their absolute best.
