The school is looking to take on a Health and Social Care Teacher on a full-time basis from September. The successful Health and Social Care Teacher will deliver engaging and relevant lessons across Key Stage 4 / KS4 and Key Stage 5 / KS5, helping students develop a strong understanding of health, social care, and wider societal issues. This role would suit a Health and Social Care Teacher who is passionate about bringing the curriculum to life, raising attainment, and preparing students for further education and future careers within the sector.
The successful Health and Social Care Teacher will have:
- QTS with a Health and Social Care or related subject specialism
- Experience teaching Health and Social Care up to Key Stage 5 / KS5
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
- A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
