We are looking for a Teaching Assistant (TA) comfortable supporting pupils with ALN. This is a temporary, long-term role, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. The successful TA will work one-on-one with pupils, demonstrating empathy, adaptability, and quick thinking.

The salary ranges from £83 to £90 per day.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A genuine desire to inspire pupils and motivate colleagues
• Ability to assist with classroom preparation and management
• Strong listening skills to understand individual pupil needs
• A resilient approach and ability to differentiate instruction
• Previous experience working with ALN pupils (essential)
