The school provides a supportive and structured learning environment for pupils who require additional behavioural support, promoting positive relationships, resilience and personal development whilst helping students achieve their full potential.

The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant on a full‑time, temporary basis with an immediate start available. The successful Learning Support Assistant will work closely with students displaying challenging behaviour, supporting both their academic progress and emotional wellbeing. This is a long‑term opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant who can provide consistency and build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Key Requirements
  • Experience working with young people with behavioural difficulties
  • Experience within a PRU, youth offending service, residential care, social work or similar environment
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • The ability to build positive and professional relationships with students
  • A resilient, patient and adaptable approach
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes
