We are seeking a full‑time SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Global Delay at a mainstream school in Abergavenny. The role starts in September and offers a pay rate of £14.25 per hour. The successful candidate will provide classroom support, personal care where required, and work closely with the class teacher and wider support team to help pupils remain engaged and make progress throughout the school day.

Responsibilities

  • Support pupils with ASD and Global Delay in a safe, nurturing learning environment
  • Assist with personal care

Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting children with ASD and Global Delay
