Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated one-to-one support for a child with Autism / ASD and Global Developmental Delay, helping them access learning, develop independence and achieve positive outcomes both inside and outside of the classroom.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children with ALN, particularly Autism / ASD and Global Developmental Delay
- Previous experience providing one-to-one support within a primary school setting
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A patient, caring and adaptable approach
- A positive 'can-do' attitude
- The ability to work effectively as part of the wider school team
