The successful Full Time Teaching Assistant will provide dedicated one-to-one support for a child with complex Additional Learning Needs, assisting with classroom activities, encouraging engagement, supporting learning and providing feeding assistance where required to ensure the child can access education safely and confidently.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience
- Experience working one-to-one with children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
- Experience supporting children with complex needs within an educational setting.
- Confidence providing feeding support and personal care where required.
- A caring, patient and nurturing approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude with the ability to adapt to the individual needs of the child.
