The Role
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Nursery class.
- Deliver engaging, creative, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences through the medium of Welsh.
- Work closely alongside three dedicated Teaching Assistants, developing a strong and effective team focused on achieving the very best outcomes for children.
- Support children's social, emotional, language, and physical development in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
- Collaborate with school leaders, staff, and parents to ensure every child thrives and reaches their full potential.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold our values of respect, inclusion, and community spirit.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds HLTA status or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- Is fluent in Welsh and committed to promoting the Welsh language and culture.
- Has experience working within an Early Years setting.
- Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality early years education.
- Can inspire and motivate both children and colleagues.
