We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant primary school in Tonypandy on a full-time basis. About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and pupils, supporting learning across the primary age range, with a particular focus on Early Years. You will play a key role in helping children develop their confidence, independence, and love of learning through engaging, play-based experiences that support their individual needs and development.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has previous experience working within a primary school, ideally with a Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Has a strong understanding of Early Years education and child development.
• Demonstrates experience in supporting learning through play and creating engaging learning opportunities.
• Can show children that learning can be fun!
• Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and carers.
• Is nurturing, patient, and committed to helping children achieve their full potential.
• Can work effectively as part of a team while also using their own initiative.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Shares our commitment to providing an inclusive, supportive, and inspiring learning environment.
