The successfulCover Supervisor will need to:
- Have the flexibility to deliver lessons across the whole UK secondary curriculum
- Have experience teaching across KS3 / Key Stage 3 and KS4 / Key Stage 4 (experience up to KS5 / Key Stage 5 desirable)
- Demonstrate consistently the positive attitudes, values and behaviour which are expected of pupils
- Manage classes effectively, using approaches which are appropriate to pupils’ needs
- Make use of formative and summative assessments to secure pupils’ progress
