We are looking to recruit a Level 3 Teaching Assistant on a temporary day-to-day basis to support schools and nurseries across the Bridgend area. The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will work with children of varying ages, providing classroom support, assisting with learning activities and helping to create a positive and nurturing environment for all learners.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience working within primary schools or nursery settings
- A good understanding of child development and early years learning
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive and proactive approach to supporting children
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different settings
- Level 3 Childcare qualification
