The role involves 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with complex needs, including SLD, PMLD and autism, and may include intimate personal care in line with safeguarding policies.
Ideal candidates will have previous SEND experience, strong communication skills and resilience. An enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one is required.
