TeacherActive Ltd is working with a specialist ALN school in Penarth to recruit a Behaviour / Complex Needs Teaching Assistant. The role is full-time and temporary, with an immediate start, supporting KS2 and KS3 pupils with ASD and SEMH.
You will work 1:1 and in small groups, help manage challenging behaviour, and apply positive behaviour strategies alongside teaching staff to foster a safe, supportive learning environment.
