TeacherActive is seeking an experienced Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) in Oxford to oversee the school’s safeguarding provision and protect the welfare of all pupils. The role requires ownership of safeguarding procedures, advising staff and collaborating with senior leaders, pastoral teams, healthcare professionals, families and external partners.
You will coordinate referrals, complete risk assessments, maintain confidential records and promote best practice.
