Responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEND and additional needs
- Helping young people regulate emotions and engage positively with learning
- Building trusting, professional relationships with pupils
- Working closely with teachers, SEND staff and pastoral teams
- Creating a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable and confident working with vulnerable young people. Previous experience within SEND, education, youth work, care or a similar setting would be highly beneficial.
