The nursery is looking to appoint a Deputy Nursery Manager on a full-time, permanent basis with an ASAP start. The successful Deputy Nursery Manager will support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the setting, leading and supporting staff while ensuring high standards of safeguarding, care and Early Years provision are maintained.
The successful Deputy Nursery Manager will have:
- Experience working within an Early Years or nursery setting
- Previous leadership, supervisory or Deputy Nursery Manager experience
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS
- A good understanding of safeguarding requirements
- A friendly, nurturing and confident approach to supporting children and staff
