We are committed to supporting our teachers throughout their placements, providing guidance and opportunities to develop their teaching experience while making a positive impact on students' learning and development.
We are looking to appoint a qualified Biology Teacher on a full-time, long-term basis, with an immediate start available. The successful Biology Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Biology lessons across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, assessing student progress, maintaining excellent classroom management and supporting students in achieving their academic potential.
The successful Biology Teacher will have
- QTS with a Biology specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)
- Experience teaching Biology across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and GCSE Biology
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching
