Job Title: Learning Support Mentor
Location: Huntingdon
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £24,577 - £25,192 per annum (pro rata)
The successful Learning Support Mentor will have:
- Relevant qualifications in Learning Support, Health and Social Care, or a related field are desirable
- Experience supporting young people with SEND / Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
- Experience providing personal care and supporting students with physical or complex health needs
- An understanding of EHCPs, safeguarding procedures and inclusive learning practices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively alongside teaching staff and external professionals
- A patient, flexible and compassionate approach, with a commitment to promoting student independence
