TeacherActive is proud to be working with Early Years settings in Exeter to support their need for a Nursery Practitioner. The successful Nursery Practitioner will work within welcoming nursery environments, helping to provide a safe, positive and engaging setting where children can learn and develop.
We are looking for a Nursery Practitioner for flexible, part‑time, day‑to‑day and short‑term work, supporting children across all Early Years age groups. The Nursery Practitioner will be expected to adapt confidently between rooms, support children's learning and development, and provide an empathetic and nurturing approach throughout the day.
Qualifications and Experience
The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience working with children within an Early Years or nursery setting
- Paediatric First Aid qualification is desirable but not essential
- The ability to work flexibly across different Early Years rooms and age groups
- A caring and empathetic approach
- A flexible and adaptable attitude
