TeacherActive is recruiting a dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant to join a well-established specialist SEND school in Chelmsford, Essex, supporting children aged 3–19 with SLD, PMLD, ASD and complex needs. You will work closely with teachers, therapists and education professionals to provide high-quality 1:1 and small-group support.
The ideal candidate will have experience with SEND, be comfortable with personal care, non-verbal learners, and familiar with PECS/Makaton/AAC.
