Our partner schools offer welcoming and supportive environments where staff work collaboratively to provide pupils with consistent and engaging learning experiences.
We are looking for an HLTA to work on a flexible day-to-day basis, with opportunities for long-term and permanent positions becoming available within our schools. The successful HLTA will support teaching and learning across the primary age range, including delivering planned lessons, providing whole-class cover and supporting individual pupils and small groups when required.
The successful HLTA will have:
- Experience working within a primary school environment
- Experience delivering lessons and providing whole-class cover
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management
- A flexible and adaptable approach
