What You'll Be Doing
Supporting students in the classroom across KS3 and KS4
Providing 1:1 and small-group learning support
Assisting teachers with lessons and classroom activities
Encouraging positive behaviour and student engagement
Helping students build confidence and independence
What We're Looking For
Experience working with children or young people
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A positive, patient and proactive attitude
Confidence supporting secondary-aged students
A genuine passion for education
Secondary school experience is desirable, but transferable experience is also welcomed!
