TeacherActive is working closely with a welcoming nursery setting in Birminghamthat is looking for enthusiastic and caring Nursery Practitioners to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys working within Early Years and wants to make a positive impact on children's development. You'll be supporting children through play, learning activities and daily routines while helping to create a warm and nurturing environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS
- Creating fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development
- Maintaining a safe, stimulating and welcoming nursery environment
- Helping children develop confidence, independence and new skills
We're looking for someone who has:
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
- Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- A warm, caring and enthusiastic personality
- Reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude
- A genuine passion for working with young children
