Before School Club Assistant needed after half term
Hours: Long term role Monday - Friday - 7.30AM-9AM
Contract: Long term via agency
Start Date: 2nd November is the preferred start date
Location: Solihull
Salary: £15.50 to £16 per hour

The school is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual who can create a welcoming, safe and positive environment for children before the school day begins. The successful Before School Club Assistant will be responsible for supporting children during breakfast, supervising engaging morning activities, promoting positive behaviour and ensuring children feel happy, settled and ready for their school day.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- A relevant childcare or education qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Experience working with primary-aged children in a school, breakfast club or childcare setting
- A good understanding of safeguarding and the importance of maintaining a safe environment
- The ability to organise and support engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Excellent communication skills and a caring, nurturing approach
- A reliable, enthusiastic and positive attitude
